This guarantee reflects our belief that well-made pieces should last — and if they don’t, we’ll make it right.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty protects your jewelry against defects under normal wear, including:

• Fading or discoloration of plating

• Breakage not caused by misuse

• Malfunctioning hardware, such as clasps or closures

If your item qualifies, you're eligible for a one-time replacement.
If the original piece is no longer available, you may exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value from our current collection.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

• Water exposure

• Accidental breakage or crushing

• Loss or missing stones

• Obvious misuse, abnormal wear, or tampering

• Lost or stolen items

We reserve the right to determine whether damage falls under warranty eligibility based on inspection.

How to Make a Claim

To begin a warranty claim:

2. Include your order number, a clear photo of the damaged piece, and a brief description of the issue

3. We’ll review your claim and respond to you with next steps

If approved, you'll receive return instructions. Please allow 4–8 weeks from the day your item is received for inspection and replacement.

• Avoid exposure to water, moisture, and harsh chemicals

• Store your items in a dry, soft-lined space
